A quality and environment protection management system is prepared, introduced and certified according to the requirements of the ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards. On 12 December, 2005 the international certification organisation "Det Norske Veritas" granted certificates attesting that the quality and environment protection management system met the requirements of the international ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards.
Field of certification: manufacturing and design of doors, windows, lockers and metal parts as well as related services. This system allows for successful management of all processes of activity that influence the quality of the manufactured products. All claims related to the quality of products are registered, analysed. Solutions are sought and their implementation is controlled. Productivity increases, material and time is saved, and losses are reduced. Effective management structure enables it to solve problems more quickly.
Suppliers and subcontractors have to meet the same quality requirements that "FORTAS" sets for itself. Continuous trainings of employees, audits, equipment and tool maintenance, inspections and other procedures, ensure that products meet the customers' requirements.
